An aged Italian balsamic with weight and silk to it — made from organically grown Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, hand-stirred and barrel-aged by Modena maker Nicolo Verrini. Sweeter and more concentrated than supermarket balsamic, but not so syrupy that it stops being usable in a daily vinaigrette.

Use it the way Italians do: a few drops on parmigiano, over fresh strawberries, finishing a roast. 8.45 fl oz / 250 ml in a small square bottle with a cork stopper.
