Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase from Calimia Home, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Please take a moment to review our return and damage policy before placing your order.
We accept returns for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit in the form of a digital gift card for the merchandise total, minus any applicable restocking fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
To initiate a return, please email shop@calimiahome.com with your order number and the reason for return.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:
- Pantry goods and food items
- Apothecary and personal care products
- Custom and made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted merchandise
Please review product details carefully before purchasing. Our team is always happy to answer questions prior to placing your order.
Furniture and oversized items that are eligible for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. This fee helps offset handling, inspection, and repackaging costs for large or fragile items.
We carefully inspect all items prior to shipment, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
All damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage and original packaging
We’ll review your claim and offer a resolution as quickly as possible. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
