Il Buco Vita grows out of Il Buco, the beloved New York restaurant whose table has always been set with objects gathered from across Italy. Everything is made by hand by artisans, from Umbrian ceramics and hand-blown glass to pantry staples like hand-harvested sea salt, each carrying the small imperfections of real handwork.
These are things made to be used: brought to the table, gathered around, and savored.

Designed in collaboration with Antonello and Lorenzo Radi in central Italy, each dish is hand glazed in the Assisi tradition by trusted artisans, with subtle variations that make every piece unique.
