Care

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth or a soft brush to reach the weave. Wipe spills immediately with a slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or damp, which can dry or discolor rattan. Use coasters and felt pads to protect the surface.

Natural is in stock and usually leaves our studio in 2 weeks or less. Chestnut is made to order, with a 16–18 week lead time.

Oversized and fragile items ship via freight at a flat rate based on the item's price, calculated and applied automatically at checkout. Delivery is coordinated with you after your order is placed. We are not currently offering international shipping.

Returns on unused items in original packaging are accepted for store credit within 14 days.

Every console is woven by hand, so please allow up to 1 inch of variance across all dimensions, along with slight differences in the weave and in the depth of the finish. That variation is characteristic of handwoven rattan rather than a flaw.
