We offer two ways to collaborate depending on your needs. Our Full-Service Design is ideal for new builds and renovations, guiding you through every detail of the design and furnishing process from concept to final installation.

For clients looking to refresh a single space, The Studio at the Shop provides a tailored, step-by-step experience focused on designing layouts and sourcing furnishings and decor for one room at a time.

Studio and design services

Do you offer interior design services?

Yes. Calimia Home is an interior design studio as well as a shop. The studio takes on residential projects in Miami and the surrounding area, from single rooms to full homes. To start a conversation, use the inquiry form on the Studio page or email shop@calimiahome.com.

Can I buy the pieces I see in your projects?

Many of them. The showroom and online shop carry furniture, lighting, textiles and Farrow & Ball paint from the same makers we specify in our projects. If you have seen a specific piece, email shop@calimiahome.com and we will tell you whether it is in stock or can be ordered.

Trade program

Do you offer a trade program?

Yes. Calimia Home offers a trade program for interior designers, architects, builders and other design professionals. Members receive 15% off most products and 10% off Farrow & Ball paint. The discount is tied to your customer profile and applies automatically in the showroom and online, so no code is needed.

How do I apply for a trade account?

Complete the trade application on our website with your business details and credentials. We review applications and email you once the account is active. Questions about the program can go to shop@calimiahome.com.

Can I borrow showroom pieces for an installation?

Yes. Trade members have a 48-hour styling window to pull decor directly from showroom inventory, style the client's space, and keep only what the client approves. The rest comes back to the showroom.

Can trade purchases be tax exempt?

Yes. Trade members with a valid resale certificate on file are eligible for tax-exempt purchasing. Send the certificate with your application or email it to shop@calimiahome.com after applying.

What does the trade concierge help with?

Sample pulls with 48-hour holds for presentations, including Stoffer Home Cabinetry, Armadillo and Farrow & Ball paint and wallpaper samples, lead time checks, pricing and quote preparation, and coordination of custom or special orders. Call (305) 210-0116 or email shop@calimiahome.com.

Can I book the showroom for a client presentation?

Yes. Trade members can schedule dedicated showroom time at 116 Alhambra Circle, Coral Gables, for sourcing, client presentations or hands-on product review. Members also get first look at new collections and early access to vintage drops and warehouse sales.
