The Rope Co. is rooted in five generations of lobstermen and rope-makers on the coast of Maine, a story of heritage, hard work, and maritime tradition. Founded by Logan and Hannah Rackliff, the studio turns durable marine rope into doormats built for real life.
Each mat is handwoven by skilled Mainers from locally sourced High-Liner rope, in colorways inspired by the natural tones of Maine's landscapes. Resistant to rain, wind, snow, sun, and bugs, they are as hard-wearing as they are timeless.
