This service includes design and project management and sees clients through three phases: Design, Process, and Install & Styling.
Full service design with Calimia Home includes engaging with vendors, selection of architectural details and finishes, consulting and communication between architects and builders, professional management of the procurement process and storage, and turn-key installation culminating in a reveal complete with beautiful, functional furniture and decor including layers of textiles and thoughtful styling.
PHASE 1: DESIGN
The design phase where we explore how you will live in the space and your family’s needs and create a vision for your new home. This integral step ensures we deliver a home that reflects the way you will live for years to come. After a planning meeting and site visit, we begin the visual direction including space planning, design direction, room boards and a millwork plan that will serve as the direction and foundation of the project.
PHASE 2: PROCESS
In this phase, our expert team oversees procurement, construction receiving, and project management. Each step of the custom-tailored process is handled with care and our team is in communication with the client to guide you through the progress. We manage all purchasing logistics, quality control, and storage from all vendors. Our client portal is available for you to check in with clarity and transparency along the way.
PHASE 3: INSTALL & STYLING
Installation and styling are the final steps in creating a memorable reveal of your new finished home. Calimia Home coordinates with movers ensuring a stress-free entry into your turnkey home. From plants and textiles, to large furnishings and accessories, we install each item assuring a cohesive aesthetic that feels as personal as it does elegant.
